Erin Murphy (f. 1990) er en billedkunstner fra USA, for tiden bosatt og arbeider i Oslo.
Hun fullførte sin BFA ved The Maryland Institute College of Art i Baltimore i 2012, og mottok sin MFA fra Kunstakademiet i Trondheim i 2021. Murphy jobber med en rekke medier fra maleri til frottage, digitale tegninger og laserkuttede objekter. I sitt arbeid utforsker hun forholdet mellom natur og materiell kultur. Informert av scenografi, syntetiske miljøer og maleriets historie, leker hennes arbeid med dialogen mellom kopi og original, og ser på gapene mellom symbolsk tenkning og levd erfaring.
